Hi Seoul

If you need a phone or help with any number of things, then go to the Hi Seoul center in Seoul. Take Line 1 to City Hall Station and go out exit 4. Building is on your right, has a sign about a cultural center or something. Go to the third floor and take a left. They're open on weekdays until six, also have a place to check your email.
