Lessons Learned
Noise canceling headphones are cool and they're great for flights. The ones I got don't work without batteries, so remembering to put them in before you get on the plane would be a good move.

First Impressions
First Impression of Seoul is that it's like some odd meld of Bangkok and Tokyo. Koreans on the whole seem to be a lot more relaxed then the Japanese and the cost of living is definitely lower.
As for me, I've been doing twelve hour days and have a few more of those before I get to my school and get put on a reasonable nine to five schedule and I cannot wait until that happens.

Checking Bags
So appearently they're serious about the whole weight limit of fifty pounds per bag. I was over by seventeen pounds on one of my bags and was unhappy to learn that the charge for that was three hundred and ninety dollars. A bit of repacking and an extra carry on solved the issue in my favor. God I hate flying, bring back boats and trains.
I have several travel photos from my trip through Washington D.C. which I do intend to post someday, I'm sure the no readers that follow this blog will be happy to hear that.

Museums
Visited two museums today; The National Museum of Crime & Punishment and the International Spy Museum. Both cost around 20US to visit, both took about two hours to go through, and both were well worth going to. Planning to hit the Smithsonian tomorrow, might hit the national art museum first.

Flying to D.C.
No meal on US flagged airlines. They're also going to take away the blanket and pillow, add the fact that you are going to have to pay for checked bags. Well, let's just say that I would love to revoke government subsidies from the airlines. My KAL international flight had half a dozen meal choices and they treat you quite well by all accounts.

Still in the US
So I don't have anything to say, not that it matters since no one is reading this page.
I will say that this thing is very cool
